Family-Owned & Operated Since 2015
We're not a franchise. Not a call center. We're a local family that lives in Buda and builds fences for your neighbors. Every project gets William's personal attention — from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.
"We're not the cheapest, but we guarantee we'll build it better than anyone else — with no shortcuts, ever."— William Espich, Founder & Owner
Buda Fence Company was founded in 2015 by William Espich, a Buda native who got tired of watching homeowners overpay for fences built with cheap materials and zero follow-through. What started as a one-man operation has grown into a trusted team serving all of Central Texas.
Over the years, we've completed more than 5,000 fence installations and built our reputation on one thing: doing it right the first time. We only use Western Red Cedar pickets — not pressure-treated pine. We set our posts in galvanized steel PostMaster sleeves, not bare wood that rots in Buda's clay soil. We finish with Ready Seal when staining. Every detail matters.
We're based in Buda, TX and proudly serve homeowners across Buda, Austin, Kyle, and Dripping Springs. Whether you need a new cedar privacy fence, a clean metal fence, or reliable fence repairs, you'll get straight answers and zero runaround.

Any contractor can nail boards to posts. Here's what separates a Buda Fence Company installation from everyone else.
We never use pressure-treated pine. Western Red Cedar is naturally rot-resistant, insect-resistant, and holds stain far better in Central Texas heat.
Galvanized steel sleeve posts set in concrete. Buda's clay soil wicks moisture and destroys wood posts in 3–5 years. Steel posts last decades.
Oil-based, deep-penetrating stain that protects against UV and won't lap-mark in Texas heat. Extends fence life by years when applied every 2–3 seasons.
We recommend welded metal frames for all gates — they hold alignment far better than wood-framed gates, which sag and rack within a year. Available as an upgrade on any project.

No verbal promises, no vague scopes. You'll get a written estimate with exact materials, linear footage, gate count, and total cost — before any work begins.
No mystery. No chasing contractors who don't call back. Here's exactly how a Buda Fence Company project works.
Call or fill out our form. We'll walk your property, measure the line, and hand you a written quote — usually the same day. No charge, no pressure.
Most residential projects are done in a single day. We show up on time, we build it right, and we clean up everything before we leave — including hauling away your old fence.
Before we pack up, we walk every foot of the fence with you. Gates swing right, posts are plumb, boards are flush. If anything's not right, we fix it on the spot.
We're a small company. We don't have a marketing department. Our reputation is built one fence at a time — which means every single one matters.
Western Red Cedar. Steel posts. Welded gate frames. No cheaper substitutes — ever. The materials are what make a fence last 15–20 years instead of 5–7.
We show up when we say we will. We finish when we say we will. Your time matters, and ghosting customers after the deposit isn't how we operate.
William lives in Buda. His kids go to school here. We shop at the same stores. When we build your fence, we're building it for a neighbor — and that changes how we work.
Founder & Owner
William has over 15 years in the fencing industry. He founded Buda Fence Company in 2015 with one goal: build fences the right way, with the right materials, for the neighbors he lives with. He's personally involved in every project — not signing off from an office, but on the job site.
As a Buda resident and family man, William builds fences with the same standards he'd want for his own yard. If you're looking for a new cedar privacy fence, a metal fence around your pool, or need post replacements after a storm, you'll get straight answers and honest pricing.
When he's not building fences, William hunts, spends time with his family, and is an active member of the Buda community.
